Check Your Practising Certificate Renewal Application Status

Find out what your application status means and what you should do next.

Once you have submitted your practising certificate (PC) renewal application, you may check the status by selecting "Enquire Application" after logging in. You may view the application status or print the receipt when available.

The following application statuses may appear for your application:

Application Status	Action Required by Nurse/Midwife
Pending Processing	Your application is being processed or reviewed. SNB will contact you or your HR officer if needed. Please check your email for updates.
Pending Fee Settlement	Your application is pending confirmation of your GIRO deduction from your bank, or EPOB payment from your employer, whichever is applicable. SNB will contact you if needed. Please check your email for updates.
Pending outstanding fees	There are outstanding fees owed to SNB (e.g. failed GIRO deduction surcharge). Please log in to your SNB account to retrieve the application and pay the outstanding fees; otherwise, your application will not be processed and your PC will not be renewed.
Approved	Your application has been approved. You will receive an email with instructions on how to view and download your electronic PC (e-PC). You may also print your receipt if you wish to do so.
Rejected	Your application has been rejected. You will receive a notification email. If the reason for rejection has not been communicated to you, please email SNB at SNB@spb.gov.sg.
Withdrawn	Your application has been withdrawn and closed. No further action is required from you.
