Replacement of Certificates
Find out how to apply for replacement certificates.
The Singapore Nursing Board has launched the electronic Registration Certificate (e-RC) and electronic Practising Certificate (e-PC), collectively known as “e-Certs” since Feb 2022.
The electronic certificates (“e-Certs”) can be viewed and downloaded via nurse login in Professional Registration System (“PRS”). The steps to view and download the electronic certificates are as below:
(a) Login to the Professional Registration System (PRS)
(b) At the left menu, click “Administration” followed by “View Certificates”
(c) Click on the hyperlink under “Reg Period” for e-RC and on the hyperlink under “PC Period” for e-PC
Do note that e-PC can only be viewed and downloaded when it is valid. Hence, we advise that nurses/midwives login and download a copy for their own reference.
For those nurses/ midwives registered prior to February 2022 or are issued with hardcopy Certificates of Registration/ Enrolment:
If you have lost your hardcopy Certificate of Registration / Enrolment, you must apply for replacement IMMEDIATELY.
Please note that only e-Certificates will be issued.
Guidelines for application for replacement of certificates
Please ensure that you have selected the correct certificate to be replaced -ie "Certificate of Registration / Enrolment". All fees submitted are non-refundable.
Police Report (if applicable) to be submitted in support of the application:
i) Documents that are not in English must be accompanied by an accurate translation in English and certified by Justice of Peace, Notary Public from their country of origin.
ii) Documents certified as "true copies"
Must be initialled on every page of the document by the authorized officer (Justice of Peace, Notary Public or your employer, unless otherwise stated).
Must include the name of authorized officer (full name), signature, date of certification and institution’s stamp/seal and the notarization must be made in English.
iii) Photocopies of previously certified documents will not be accepted.
iv) Copies which are not acceptable to SNB will result in the delay of your application

Payment must be made by:
Credit/Debit Card
Acceptable Credit Cards (VISA and MasterCard ONLY) (Note: American Express (Amex), Diners Club and JCB Credit Cards are NOT accepted.)
Acceptable Debit Cards (Visa Electron Debit Cards and MasterCard ONLY)
The SNB Fee for Replacement of Certificate is applicable and non-refundable.
