Update Your Personal and Employment Details by 15 August 2026

Nurses and midwives can log in to their Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) account using Singpass to renew their practising certificate (PC) for Year 2027 from 1 September 2026. Please note that Singpass is only available to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, Employment Pass holders and S-Pass holders.

Update your residency status and identification number

If you have difficulty logging in to your SNB account using Singpass, you may need to update your residency status with your new/current identification number. Your identification number is either:

  • Your NRIC number, if you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, or

  • Your FIN, if you are an Employment Pass or S Pass holder.

To update your residency status, attach a colour copy of the required supporting document.

The required supporting document depends on your change of residency status:

SNB requires 5 to 7 working days to review each application. After your documents have been verified, your record will be updated and you will be able to log in to your SNB account.

Update your email address

SNB communicates PC renewal information by email. To ensure that you receive the notifications, please log in to your SNB account to verify your email address. If your email address needs updating, please submit an online Update Particulars (UP) application to receive timely reminder emails for the upcoming PC renewal exercise.

Update your employment details

If you are a nurse or midwife on general registration or enrolment, please log in to your SNB account to verify your employment details. If these details need updating, submit an online UP application. This will ensure that your employment information is accurately reflected when you renew your PC. Late submission may cause delay in the approval of your UP application.
