Technical Issues with Updating of CPE Records in the Professional Registration System

We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the updating of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) records in the Professional Registration System (PRS). This might affect some registered healthcare professionals who are applying to renew their year 2023 Practising Certificate (PC).

Only registered healthcare practitioners who have not met CPE requirement by 26 Aug 2022 and have submitted CPE claims after that date are affected. Their CPE records may be reflected as ‘not met requirement’, and hence they are unable to renew their PC for the time being.

We are working expeditiously to rectify the issues and will provide an update as soon as they are resolved. Please be assured that your approved CPE claims can still be found under ‘Manage CPE Claims’ in the PRS.
