Practising Certificate (PC) Renewal for 2027: Information for Nurses and Midwives on GIRO Scheme

Nurses and midwives with existing GIRO arrangements with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) must log in to their SNB account and submit an online application for PC renewal successfully by 30 September 2026 so that the applicable fee(s) will be deducted from their bank account on 7 October 2026.

Ensure Sufficient Funds in Your Bank Account

Please ensure that your bank account's GIRO payment limit exceeds your PC fee(s). If needed, contact your bank to increase the payment limit. Should the GIRO deduction fail due to an insufficient payment limit, a $4 surcharge will be incurred. You must pay the surcharge and the applicable PC fee by credit/debit card to complete your PC renewal application.

Termination of GIRO

If you wish to terminate your existing GIRO arrangement, please complete the GIRO Termination Form and email it to SNB at snb@spb.gov.sg by 18 September 2026.
