[Reminder to Nurses and Midwives] Scam Alert – Stay Vigilant against Scam Calls or Emails

Dear Nurses and Midwives

  1. The Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) would like to clarify that it does not contact registered nurses and midwives via telephone calls. SNB communicates with nurses and midwives via emails sent from the SNB’s enquiry email address at SNB@spb.gov.sg on registration and practising certificate (PC) matters.

  2. Nurses and midwives are further advised to log in to the Professional Registration System (PRS) on the SNB’s website to check their registration and PC validity status.

  3. SNB reminds nurses and midwives to stay vigilant against scam calls or emails and do not click or scan suspicious links / QR codes. If you receive such scam calls or emails, you are advised to contact the Police at their anti-scam helpline at 1800-722-6688 or go to www.scamalert.sg.
