Change of APN practice / employment

Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) wishing to change their place of practice/employment or their current scope of practice should inform Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). 

Information required included details of your new scope of practice and additional competencies required etc.  APNs should complete and email the Change of APN Practice Request Form [PDF, 59 KB] [DOC, 48KB] to SNB@spb.gov.sg at least 1 - 2 months before commencing in their new role.  

SNB will assess the information provided and evaluate the implications on practice requirements and implications on the requirements for the yearly Renewal of APN Practising Certificate. 

For straight-forward cases, usually an outcome will be provided within a month. In some case, more information is required or that we will require more time to assess your request.
