Apply for your Practising Certificate(s) for Year 2010
  

The Singapore Nursing Board issues practising certificates for all nurses and midwives on its Register and Roll. It is the responsibility of the individual nurse or midwife to apply and pay for the renewal of the practising certificate no less than 1 month before the expiry date (currently 31 December 2009).

A late application fee will be charged if the application is made less than 1 month (after 30 November 2009) before the expiry date.

Late Application Fee for Practising Certificate:

a) registered nurse 

$30

b) registered midwife or enrolled nurse    

$20

c) registered nurse (Advance Practice)

$30

You can make your payment online via Credit or Debit card (Visa or Mastercard).

GIRO deduction will be carried out on 01 Oct 2009 for nurses already on GIRO scheme.

 

'There shall be no refund once the Board has begun processing the payment made . In instances where a nurse or midwife feels there is justification for a refund, a written request must be submitted.  Please provide registration number, name, amount paid and reasons.  All requests are subject to approval on a case by case basis in the Board's absolute discretion.'
